Recommended Use

Add tea powder to 16 oz of room temperature (shake), hot (stir), or cold (shake) water to dissolve. Tea powder may also be added to plant-based milk/juices and low-sugar juices, smoothies, and shakes. Please note that consuming more than 400 mg of caffeine daily is not advised.
